How long does one fill last?
The 2L reservoir lasts 7–10 days for a single-cat household, or 4–5 days for two cats. The Hi kind app sends a push notification when water is running low.
How often do I need to change the filter?
We recommend swapping the filter every 30 days. Your first order includes one pre-installed filter and one spare. Replacement filters are available in our store as 3-packs or 6-packs.
Is it really only 28dB?
Yes. Measured at 30cm using a professional decibel meter, the pump runs at under 28dB — about the same as a whisper. Your cat won't be startled, and you won't hear it from another room.
Is it safe to run all day?
